Micro Insurance Academy (MIA) is a project under Sarvajan Unatti, an Indian Charitable Trust dedicated to training, research, technical assistance and advisory services for microinsurance units serving the poor.

Micro Insurance Academy (MIA) is planning to undertake a household survey, to cover roughly 3700 households, spread across Pratapgarh and Kanpur Dehat districts in Uttar Pradesh, and Vaishali district in Bihar.
In this regard, we are inviting quotations for completion of the work. The format for quotations is provided in Annexure 1. All line items included in Annexure 1 must be filled as per this format. You are also free to add lines to Annexure 1 to cover any additional costs which you feel may be warranted. It would be an advantage to describe / justify any additional costs in your bid. In order to guide your costing, a detailed description of the work to be carried out is contained in the Terms of Reference in Annexure 2. We request you to go through the annexures, and quote your best price. Preference will be given to bids which provide a detailed description of their fieldwork management plans, and cost accordingly.
